Arrangement or Lyric Adaptation License Request
This form allows you to request a quotation or license (1) to arrange a work, or (2) to add lyrics, or (3) to change lyrics. This form is not binding. All rights are strictly subject to contract and are reserved until receipt of fee(s) and full execution of our written license agreement.
Please note that arrangement/adaptation licenses are subject to a minimum fee of $250, and all approved arrangements/lyrics will be considered a work-made-for-hire for the original copyright holder. If the original work is co-owned by multiple publishers, we will require that you grant us the most favorable fees (pro rata), terms, and conditions offered to third-party co-publishers.
